Ash has over 25 years of experience from executive, leadership and advisory roles to product design, development and commercialisation - primarily within the high-tech healthcare and medical devices sectors - in different settings including publicly listed OEMs, consultancies, and contract design and manufacturing (CDMO).
Ash has a deep passion for strategic thinking, innovation, and problem-solving. With an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, along with a broad and in-depth background in design, engineering, and manufacturing, he has successfully led numerous companies through the journey of product lifecycle - from inception to full-scale commercialisation.
He is a strong advocate for business support initiatives and holds several non-executive and advisory board positions, including with Medilink Midlands and University of Warwick, Industrial Advisory Board. His focus is on shaping the strategic direction of businesses, helping them achieve their full potentials, while contributing to the sector growth and the broader economic development of the UK.
